XBOX Account Reset
- Remove your account from the console and log in again.
(Make sure your game archives are saved and synced to the XBOX cloud before removing your account, and re-sync them on the console when logging in)
Settings > Account > Remove account > Log in again
- Close Data Collection
Settings>Account>Privacy & online safety>Manage your data>Data collection>Block
- Close option data collection
Settings>System>Console info>Allow options data collection>Uncheck
- After completing the above steps, please temporarily disconnect the XBOX from the network and restart it.
- After booting up the XBOX, connect the updated Brook Converter/ Fighting Board first, and then connect to the Internet.
Firmware Refresh
Please download this version of firmware to update it and connect it to the console before connecting to the network.
