It is recommended that you try the following troubleshooting procedures:
● Reset Bluetooth settings
- Forget (delete) Pokémon GO Plus Bluetooth on your device.
- Forget (delete) Pokémon GO Plus in game.
SETTING > Connected Devices and Services > Accessory Devices > ⏏️
- Restart your phone.
- Pair again. (Please complete pairing in Pokémon Go, connecting Bluetooth on your phone's Bluetooth page may prevent your device from connecting to the game)
● Turn off the Pocket Center app
If you have downloaded Pocket Center and are pairing it with Auto Catch Light, please disconnect the connection.
After completely closing the app, enter the game and pair again.
