Follow the procedure below to check the function of the battery:
- Does the Auto Catch Light battery fail to charge? Is the charging light blinking while charging? (Red, green and blue blinking while charging)
- Does the product have a full charge? (The white light will be on constantly when charging)
- How long does it take for the battery to be fully charged when it runs out?
Refer to the Auto Catch Light manual for battery instructions.
If the duration of battery use and the time it takes to charge the battery does not match the description in the instruction manual, please let us know and we will assist you in requesting a warranty replacement.
- It takes about 60 minutes to fully charge and can be used continuously for about 15 hours.
- When fully charged, the indicator light will turn white.
- Standby time (unpaired) lasts about 5 days after a full charge.
If Auto Catch Light fails to charge (there is no light when charging), or does not comply with the battery manual, please videotape the condition or failure to charge procedure and send a link or file of the video to our technical support customer service and we will provide you with further assistance.
